Fats – cold-pressed healthy oil:
Extra virgin olive oil*: full of polyphenols (a type of antioxidant), rich in healthy dietary fat monounsaturated fatty acids (as opposed to saturated fats and trans fats), vitamin E, the second best source of vitamin K per USDA, also known for its oleocanthal compound
Virgin coconut oil*: rich in medium-chain fatty acids
Avocado oil*: known for its fatty acids, vitamin E
Flours – our signature flour mixes contains two or more of the gluten free following elements:
Almond flour/Meal*,**: an alternative low carb flour known for its monounsaturated fats, protein, vitamin E, and manganese
Amaranth flour*: a seed with complete protein, all the essential amino acids, including lysine, high in fiber and a source of magnesium and iron
Brown rice flour*: a naturally nutritious alternative to wheat flour, known for its richness in proteins, fiber, phosphorous, magnesium, potassium, manganese, iron, and vitamins B
Buckwheat flour*: an ingredient from a plant known for its fiber, proteins, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium
Coconut flour*: a healthy alternative to wheat, known for its high dietary fiber and few digestible carbohydrates
Gluten free unprocessed tapioca starch* (also known as tapioca flour*) and arrowroot*
Millet flour**: an alkaline grain known for its protein, essential amino acids, dietary fiber, manganese, phosphorus and magnesium
Rolled Oat*: an element known for its soluble fiber (beta-glucan) and insoluble fiber as well as its antioxidants and essential minerals

Robust taste maple syrup (formerly known as Grade B maple syrup)*,**: a source of antioxidants, riboflavin, manganese

Certified gluten, soy & dairy free dark chocolate (100% cocoa mass without lecithin and the added sugar found in dark chocolate bar): rich in antioxidants.
Carob*: a substitute for chocolate known for its Gallic acid properties (analgesic, anti-allergic, antibacterial, antioxidant, antiviral and antiseptic) and its richness in phosphorus and calcium. It does not contain caffeine.
Ceylon cinnamon*: its antibacterial properties known by researchers, contains only trace amounts of coumarin compared to one teaspoon of cassia-type. Cassia-type cinnamon accounts for the majority of cinnamon imported into the US.
